Tony has a proven track record in helping dealerships to achieve store-wide profitability through innovative digital initiatives.
With over 25 years of leadership experience, Tony has been instrumental at forging mutually beneficial strategic alliances with leading partners and businesses. Among his professional accolades, Tony served as a founding member and Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Engate Technology. Here he headed the company’s worldwide sales, marketing and business development program, leading to a strategic OEM partnership with IBM.
Previously, Tony served as the Director of Marketing at Atreus, where he successfully led their marketing, lead generation and communications programs, resulting in an acquisition by Sonus Networks.
Earlier in his career, Tony was responsible for business growth, demand generation and program execution at Cambrian Systems, leading to a strategic partnership and acquisition by Nortel Networks. This diverse management background in sales, marketing and operations, along with significant experience in mobile technologies, has enabled Tony to deliver business outcomes for customers and partners, while driving continued growth for Mobile Dealer.
As Chief Technology Officer, Andrei is responsible for leading the company’s technology vision and plays a key role in defining product requirements and strategies that drive customer-centric innovation and success through Mobile Dealer’s next-generation cloud platform.
As a technology innovator, Andrei is defining Mobile Dealer’s digital product strategy, functioning as a force driver behind the company’s products, innovation and growth. To capitalize on mobile and cloud opportunities, Andrei leads the company’s group of highly skilled, technology architects, who are passionately working to improve the dealer-to-customer relationship by driving innovation through R&D and leveraging emerging technologies to bring the newest innovations to clients globally.
Andrei’s exceptional track record of product design, user experience and technical improvement are based on his belief in quality and expandability. He is known for his ability to intrinsically identify customer requirements and translate them into realizable product features that drive customer success.
Andrei has held multiple technology and development roles where he has earned a proven track record in product delivery – spearheading Mobile Dealer’s great technology and turning it into scalable, global, and marketable solutions that accelerate growth.
Vice President, Design & User Experience
Vadim leads the company’s user experience design function and works closely with Mobile Dealer’s product and mobile agency team to help dealerships define usability, user experience design, and customer journey.
Previously, Vadim spent five years at Yandex, a multinational corporation specializing in Internet-related services and products, where he scaled the engineering team into a high-velocity streamlined organization using scaled agile framework.
Vadim’s exceptional track record of product development, user experience and technical improvement are based on his belief in quality and expandability. He is known for his ability to identify dealership requirements and translate them into realizable product features that drive frequent consumer usage and success.
Vice President, Marketing
A twenty five year marketing and technology veteran, David has been instrumental for setting and executing a total customer experience strategy grounded in the relentless pursuit of our customers’ success. David’s ultimate goal is helping dealerships to increase new customer acquisition and drive service retention.
In this role, David oversees the global management of Mobile Dealer’s brand, including building global customer demand, identifying new revenue opportunities and increasing brand awareness. Most recently, David founded shApp, an advanced online shopping application and analytics platform, where he successfully positioned, grew and led the company for an acquisition.
Prior to that, David served as Marketing Director at BlueCat Networks where he was instrumental in helping the company grow from $10M in annual revenue to $35M.
David will continue to drive growth for Mobile Dealer via comprehensive marketing strategies that include global and country-level strategic planning, branding and positioning, product and solutions marketing, integrated multichannel marketing, digital marketing and commerce, and sales channel enablement and optimization.
Vice President, Sales & Customer Success
Scott has 30 years of business experience in the IT industry and has held leadership roles in his career at a variety of successful technology companies, building a reputation as a leader, mentor, and collaborator.
Scott leads a global sales organization, where he leverages his international sales experience and successful track record of securing new recurring revenue and customer renewals. He is responsible for driving global growth and continued market leadership by delivering and supporting Mobile Dealer solutions to organizations in established and new markets around the world.
Scott manages the company’s direct sales organization and supports global partners as a route to market, serving as a unique differentiator in helping deliver positive business outcomes for customers while promoting growth for Mobile Dealer. Additionally, Scott is responsible for ensuring customers are successfully adopting and optimizing the value of Mobile Dealer solutions to address and solve their business priorities, both directly and through partners.
Scott has held many senior sales roles in managing sales, systems engineering and consulting. Before joining Mobile Dealer, Scott held a number of sales and channel management positions in the VoIP system, network provisioning and management solutions marketplace, including Benbria Corporation, Digital Fairway, Netcelerate, and Computer Sciences Corporation.
Vice President, Operations
An IT and Operations professional of 25 years, Frank is known for his strong track record of innovative problem solving, operational excellence and talent development. As COO, Frank plays a key role in overseeing the organizational strategy, driving execution, promoting operational effectiveness, and creating best practices that enable customers’ digital transformation.
In this role, Frank leads the operations organization responsible for advancing profitable growth strategies and improving operational performance. Frank and his team deliver significant business value through strategic initiatives and program innovations that create profitable growth and capacity for Mobile Dealer and its partners.
Frank’s strong commitment to operational excellence and aptitude for partnering cross-functionally have elevated the role of digital solutions at Mobile Dealer, resulting in growing the company’s software-as-a-service strategy and expanding cloud-based delivery and customer support models. Under Frank’s leadership, Mobile Dealer is widely recognized for industry-leading customer satisfaction and support delivered through its support centers and partners.
Previous in his career, Frank held a variety of leadership roles in operations, manufacturing, and IT at Statistics Canada and Nortel Networks, where he focused on solution support and expansion into hyper-growth markets.
